* The situation is very convenient, close to Nerja, supermarkets, restaurants, tapabars etcetera. * Excellent outside area with nice views * It's very well furnished, almost deluxe.

Low's:
* It's a modern villa and it kind of lacks and Andalucian touch. * Although its' situation is convenient, you still need a car to get somewhere. * Privacy is not 100% due to the fact that the villa is attached
